Reconciliation of financial flows is often initially associated with Bank Reconciliation. EPISOFT ® considers the many other needs for information control using reconciliation mechanisms.
For over 15 years, we have met extremely varied requirements expressed by companies of the 37 sectors in which we work ; reconciled portfolios, bills and regulations, orders and deliveries, LCR, GL internal reconciliation, etc.

Once information is located in two different systems, the question of the consistency of this information may arise. Such control can be achieved by the system itself, or given to a third party application which has the advantage of not being both judge and the one being judged for data control (third party solution that does not perform self-assessment).

Understanding of these scenarios requires flexibility : for interfaces to accept various formats (SWIFT, XML, csv, variables, etc.), for the mechanisms of automatic reconciliation (free coding, unstructured fields, heterogeneous nomenclature, etc.) , and by extension for the automatic reconciliation rules. Other features are expected to support the smooth running of reconciliation susch as : alerts (be informed even remotely), traceability of events, differences analysis ... Our response to these diverse needs is to design software using multi reconciliation to cover as much needs as possible. EPISOFT ®, a specialist of financial flows reconciliation, continues the exploration of mechanisms and subtleties to be implemented to meet the variety of situations encountered.
