Regardless whether they are fixed, variable, delimited, structured or XML, interface file formats are described in LINKKI to enable it to read and import entries for reconciliation, but also export data for an opening towards the outside.

For simplicity, bank standardized formats CFONB AFB120, SEPA and SWIFT MT940 CAMT053 are delivered with the application.

Multi formats, LINKKI is multiuser, multi-currency, multi-language and multi-tasking. Working continuously while a report is generated or while an automatic reconciliation is in process, with several users simultaneously on the same account, using different languages, using different currencies, are not constraints but some of the functionalities offered by the application.

Automatic processings (import / export entries, automatic reconciliations, reporting, sending reports by e-mail, archiving / purging entries) are present to free the user from redundant tasks.
